What do I like about using my Freightliner Truck? The Freightliner is a comfortable truck, I can see what is going on around me at all times. The truck has many miles on it but the maintenance costs are very low. This year, other than general maintenance, I have only had to replace the water pump, belts and 6 new tires. Price was a major factor in the purchase of my truck and the truck was built to accomplish many safe miles, it still has lots of life in it.
How do you feel about contracting your services for Horizon Transport? When I first called Horizon I was stranded in Texas when my present employer suddenly went out of business. Marion Schrock (Company owner) was willing to talk with me, and that impressed me over the other companies. I feel Horizon is here to help with any issue that might occur and I feel comfortable with the people.

What do I like about using my Freightliner Truck? We have a 2001 Freightliner FL 60 truck with an 84" Bentz bunk. I like the comfort of the truck and the convenience of the walk in bunk. We have a full size bed, , refrigerator, tv-vcr, closet space and a generator for heating and a/c. We have all the comforts of home. My husband likes the fuel mileage (ranging from 10 to 11 mpg). Our truck has a Mercedes 280 engine, 6 over transmission, 3-91 rears and 22.5 tires
How do you feel about contracting your services for Horizon Transport? We have contracted with Horizon Transport since August of 2001. We have contracted with other transport companies prior to that time. The main reason we chose Horizon was the pay. However, there have been other good points to back our decision since that time. We like the 24 hour access to dispatch and being able to select our own trips. When we call in from the road, they always ask what direction we want to go and how many miles do we want? We enjoy the friendliness of the office personnel. We have never had any problems with settlements. Everything is very accurate and professional. My husband and I have really enjoyed traveling the USA. We have made it to all 48 continental states during our first year. There is so much for us to see and visit in this country and this opportunity allows us the privilege to do it.
