Step 2 - Payment & Processing
Before beginning the order placement process we will need to determine the method of payment.
CODIf you select COD, we will ask you to either provide a cashier's check or a money order at the point of origin or destination of the order (personal checks and business checks will not be accepted).
Credit CardIf you select credit card payment, a company representative will access this information directly from you when we call you to confirm your order.
Credit Card will be processed before order entry.
Note: A 5% service fee will be added

Service Code: Clear This is for special Service / Adjustment codes provided by Horizon Transport.
If you have not been given a Service Code simply leave this field blank.
 
Step 3 - Vehicle Details
You may provide details for up to 20 vehicles here. Upon specifying the Type of each vehicle additional lines will become available for remaining vehicles. If you need to cancel a line simply click the trashcan icon to the right of the line.
Note: If you are placing an order for more than 1 vehicle, all vehicles must originate from and be delivered to the same locations. If you have deliveries for different origin or destinations you must enter your orders separately.

Step 4 - Vehicle Roadworthy

$125 attempted pickup charge: If Horizon dispatches a contractor to the load origin point and the vehicle is not DOT road compliable, Horizon will asses an attempted pickup fee of $125 for the delayed order.
